Lenses and Lightguides

With our focus on quality and surface finish, the highly polished surfaces we can achieve on SL master models allow us to produce waterclear vacuum castings through silicone tooling, to simulate polycarbonate lenses and lightguides. The master models can have areas of texture applied if required, to create a frosted effect. In addition the castings can be produced with a pigment added to give a subtle tint, a vivid transparent colour or a deep, dark translucency to allow LEDs etc to illuminate through.
