This medical application is a DNA tumbler device.

Client Brief:
Samples were required for design verification, product development and field testing prior to production .

Action:
Paragon were directly approached by the customer to under take this project due its complexity and tight time constraints. 10 sets of accurate and colour matched vacuum cast models were made and assembled 1 week ahead of schedule. Due to the size and complexity of the various components careful preparation and planning was required to ensure the project ran smoothly.
 
Result:
Due to the prototypes being finished ahead of schedule this gave the development process additional time which was invaluable to the success of the product.
